Apple has officially revealed the Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus with the new models all available to buy. While new colours were revealed for the iPhone 15 Pro models, the colours for the standard iPhone 15 models are a little more exciting.

We've had our hands on all the different colours that Apple offers so you can take a closer look and see which suits your style.

What colours will the iPhone 15 come in?

The current iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus come in Yellow, Purple, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and Product (RED). The iPhone 15 comes in Pink, Blue, Yellow, Black, and Green (these are the official names, so it looks like Apple is done with the more marketing-focused colors like Midnight and Starlight).

Our favourite colour for the iPhone 14 models was Purple. It was a lovely pastel purple and looked great in the flesh. The Yellow was striking, though maybe a little much for some. Midnight and Starlight were more subtle and understated, much like the black and white options of the iPhone 15 models.

Pink

Pink might be the most striking colour shown off for the iPhone 15, and we are here for it. The pink iPhone 15 is a very pastel shade, much like the Purple iPhone 14. Blush is actually the colour we would use to describe it. It's a lovely shade overall, and should stand out from the other iPhone 15 colour options.

Blue

Cyan was initially mentioned as a colour option for the iPhone 15 in earlier rumours, but it turns out those were incorrect and it's a more traditional blue. It is a much lighter shade than the current blue of the iPhone 14. The iPhone 14's blue is quite bright, while the blue of the iPhone 15 is a lovely and pastel blue. We suspect it depends on your personal tastes as to which you prefer - iPhone 15 blue or iPhone 14 blue, but we like the new colour a lot.

Yellow

Like the blue colour, it looks like Apple really toned down the yellow for the iPhone 15 compared to the iPhone 14. Yellow launched as the additional colour in 2023 for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus rather than as part of the initial options in 2022, and it is certainly bright. The pastel yellow option for the iPhone 15 is definitely a softer approach, but it's tasteful and looks good in the hand.

Black

The black colour option for the iPhone 15 is taking the standard model back to a deeper black than we have seen in the last couple of years. The iPhone 14's Midnight option is the closest colour to black, but it's more of a very dark navy. The iPhone 15's black is much blacker and glossier, which some will no doubt prefer, while others will miss the matte finish.

Green

While rumours abounded that Apple would release a white iPhone, it turns out the company chose a pastel green colour instead. Like the rest of the iPhone 15 hues, it's not overly bright, and in your face, instead, it's light and almost tranquil. Fans of white might be disappointed (as will fans of last year's goldish-white Starlight), but the green looks good overall.
